Star Rating
The star rating chart details how productive I think an event (e.g. a senate meeting) will be or was. Various factors determine the amount of stars awarded. Depending on the event, factors could include attendance, participation, projected accomplishment vs. actual accomplishment, who will benefit, and the amount of invested time/effort.
Practical accomplishments and overall effort are the largest determining factors.
